Delayed verification process and withdrawal

Hello Askgamblers Team,

I need your help.

I Made a payout request from my winnings 1181 Euro on 10.2.2020 @24bettle

Status: its still Pending till now

Than i sent my documents to verify my Account to 24bettle on 13.2.

- identification passport

- bill where they can see my Name and Adress

- bank Statement where they can see Name, Adress, Bank data

- another copy of Bank Statement where they can see the same and my telephon number

- 2 Screenshots where they can see my deposit per directbanking

On 15.2. i got an Email from 24bettle that they need 2 more documents to process the verification (ID identification passport, and front/Back of my Bank card)

I sent it on the same day to 24bettle (the id identification passport 2nd time, and front/Back of my Bank card). Since this Email i got no updates till today (24.2)

On the documents you can clear see or they do not allow any doubt thats me who Made deposits, thats me Who gambled and thats me who Made the payout request from my Winnings 1181 Euro.

It is clear to me that they have to check my documents, but why takes it so long till my account will be verificated and my payout request is successfully processed.

I played @ many Casinos and never had such a long process of verification and payout request.

I contacted the 24bettle live chat several Times but they cant help me. They tell me every time pls be Patient, it will be processed as soon as possible. It depends on our legal and financial departement. 3-4 days ago i was in the chat again and the 24bettle Operator told me that he can assure me that i will receive my money and i will get updates soon. He also told me that he will give the Departements a reminder so perhaps it will be hurried up.

But nobody can tell me how long will it take....

I sent this Informations to 24bettle to ask how long will it take to receive my money.

I got the same answers as every time, no updates about your verification you will be contacted soon.

I am a Patient guy but its 14 days since the payout request and 10-12 days since I sent my documents to verify.

Pls can you help me to get in contact to solve the problem, so i can get my winnings 1181 Euro.

I can confirm that my Account is verificated, and i get the full money 1181 Euro from the payout request today in my Bank Account.

Kindly be informed that as per update from our Legal department that the account was successfully verified on 28th of February 2020.

As this was your first payment with us, our Legal department required additional time to complete all the needed checks required for the safety of the transactions.

However, all of the checks were completed and full amount of the Pay out was sent accordingly on 1st of March 2020 and it shall be received within 2 to 5 business in accordance with the international banking law.

24Bettle does not pay 3006 EUR withdrawal

Hello,

I won 3006e money from 24bettle casino and made a withdrawal request on July 14, 2025.

I sent all the KYC documents they required for repatriation. They accepted my KYC document. On July 17 at 4:05 p.m, i received an email from them saying that the first part of my withdrawal has been paid and is on its way to my account, and the second part should arrive on July 24.

They said that the sum of one share is always 750€. They did not say when the remaining two would be paid. I have not received any withdrawal money to my bank account.

I've had a conversation with the casino, but they always answer that they're just looking into the matter. The casino responds very poorly to messages.

Now for two days I have sent many messages and they dont answer anymore.

24bettle Condors Ltd is not paying out my fair winnings of 4646 EUR

In December 2024, I won €4,646.27 with a Champions League bet. The casino/betting company 24bettle (Condors Ltd.) decided to close my account and invent all kinds of fake excuses to avoid paying out my winnings. They closed my account and refunded my deposit. Afterward, I contacted the MGA and MADRE. After reviewing everything, the MADRE ruled in my favor and ordered them to pay out my winnings. That was on March 26, 2025. After that, the MGA also contacted them, instructing them to pay what they owe me. They still have not paid. The next step is to wait one more month for the MGA; afterward, lawyers will pursue the money. I am also trying to get my money back with your help, AskGamblers.

24Bettle Casino- Delayed payment 1313 EUR

I would like to write about my situation with 24bettle. I have deposited two times for 10 and 300 eur and after few days my balance was on account 1613 eur. I have made a withdrawal for 300 eur and they asked me for all documents which I sent them and my account was verified. On 7th November they send me that 300eur is confirmed and it will come in 1-2 days. I made a withdrawal also for 1313 EUR soon after that.

On 11th November I wrote them where is my withdrawals ?? On14th November came just 300 eur to my IBAN account and I received an email from them on 19th November that 300EUR should already came and the second will come in two instalments. One will come soon and second on 26th November (I have a proof of their answer). Today we are already 26th November and my second withdrawal of 1313EUR still did not come not even the "first" instalment....

I wrote them again and they still don't reply also their LIVE chat is not working. I don't know what to do so I wrote here. I'm really uncomfortable with this situation and I politely ask you to help me resolve this problem.

Over 40 days delayed withdraw

I made a withdrawal request to 24Bettle casino on 19 July 2024. The withdrawal request was approved on 21 July 2024. However, even on September 2, 2024, the money has not arrived in my bank account. Below is a description of events and email communication with the casino.

After that I waited a few days and when the money didn't start coming I contacted the casino in live chat. From livechat was asked to send proof that the withdrawal has not yet arrived in my account. I sent my bank statement to the requested location.

After this, I was asked to wait until the appropriate department takes the matter into consideration.

On July 29, 2024, I received an e-mail informing me that my case has been accepted for consideration:

Your ticket has been received and has been assigned ticket number [379-2E3A64C6-0028]. Please keep this ticket number for your records and include it in the subject line (including brackets) of all future emails relating to this ticket.

An agent will respond as soon as possible.

3 days have passed since the money from the payment did not reach my bank account, in support they write that everything has been completed on their part and cannot provide proof of payment, the account is fully verified, the bonus has long been won back, but there is no money in the bank account.please do something because they are not responding to my emails.

Casino delaying payout of 550EUR

Hi.

05-10-2023 My withdrawal was accepted, after week from that they said money was sent.

Money still did not arrive in my bank account. Today it's 35 days from the approved withdrawal of 550 EUR. If I write to the chat or to support they keep telling me things like "Please be more patient", "it's strange, money should be in your account already", and "Funds should be in your account very soon". Sorry, but I see over 70 complaints on AskGamblers about delaying withdrawal with the same problem so there is probably something wrong with their financial department and it must be resolved.

If they made a transaction it should be on my account in a maximum of 3 days, I have no unusual bank. From my side everything is ok.

So I am asking for help AskGamblers company because it's very frustrating and stressful.

9 days withdrawal pending

I made a withdrawal of €1550 9 days ago, my withdrawal is still open.

My game account has been verified and all documents have been approved just over a week ago.

I have been in contact with the live chat several times about it and they only promise to speed things up. But 9 days is a really long time to process a withdrawal.

This has not happened at any other casino.

I made a withdrawal for 950.26 euros on September 12, 2023.

It was approved quickly but I haven't received my money yet.

The casino claims that the payment has been successfully paid to me.

I don't think it's actually been paid because bank transfers these days aren't just one or two days at most.

I have provided the bank statement they requested. It shows that my bank account has not received that withdrawal.

I have passed all verification but was told that I have been excluded from a sister company. As per their terms and condition even if they close your account they will pay you out but all they have been doing is stalling it’s been 2over a month and a half now and they still claim is being looked at by relevant department. Please help me get my payout.

Hey! I made a withdrawal of 350€ from this casino the 27 of May and still hasn't gotten the money, they are not responding to emails anymore and livechat says they can't do anything. It said it will take 1-2 days for withdrawal to come and I understand some delays can happen on every site, but the way they try to solve the issues is very under all critics and they won't answer me even tho several emails. What to do?
