Servus / Hello Askgamblers.com Team, you rejected my complain now to times... i send all screenshots and documents u need. U write me valid evidence that you have used the Casino product offered by the operator and not only their Sportsbook... I only played in the casino no sportsbook just slots and later with my RAW Cash in LIVE Casino. How can I prove that please there is no history for my slot bets on the website available. As I said, I deposited in the LIVE STREAM on twitch and played. I could upload the VOD from the LIVE STREAM! There u can see i play slots.
can you please help me. I won € 16686,10 in the https:­//w­ww.2­4b­ett­le.com Casino. I made my first Payout request over 5000€ on 22-05-2020 . I also submitted my documents (KYC) to verify my player account on May 14th, 2020.
Also for your information. I still have € 11,686 credit on my casino account and € 5000 on pending withdrawal my casino account at 24bettle.com
Since then I have often emailed the casino support and ask for my KYC Status. Always got the same answer. I got the same answers as every time, no updates about your verification you will be contacted soon.

I also enclosed screenshots in the appendix. I also won the money live in stream on www.Tw­itc­h.t­v/o­nli­nec­asi­nostube with about 350-400 average viewers who were LIVE. I would also be happy to provide you with the link to the live stream VOD. The entire course of the game, including the deposit and withdrawal, was thus broadcast live on Twitch.tv with more than 300 - 400 average viewers / witnesses.
