Delayed payment since May-16


Withdawal request of 900 EUR on May-07. Takes a lot of days to the verification process. At the end i got an email on May-18:

" I can see that the payout of 900 euro you requested has been transferred on 16.5.19.

It will arrive from 2 to 5 working days depending on the speed of the bank.

Waiting 6 days but no money arrives my bank account. Ask again where is my withdrawal on May-24.
On May-24 I got the email from 24bettle:
Having checked your account, I would like to let you know that the amount was processed more than 5 business days ago. If you have not received your winnings yet, our finance team would need to run an investigation.

In order for them to be able to do this, I would like to ask you to provide us with a bank statement from the day the withdrawal was processed (May-16) until the current day.

Today I sent the bank statement to 24bettle and ask for support from askgamblers team.
