Since 22 december my withdrawal of 500 euros stands on “approved”. After several live chats from people telling me to wait another 48 hours i still have not received the money. The last contact I had the person asked me to send another bankstatement. After explaining I had already send all documents a month earlier and they were approved, the man said i did not need to send the bankstatement, but had to wait 48 hours.

Its getting to the point of frustrating everytime.

Hope somebody can help with this.

Dear Customer,

We are very sorry to hear about your issues with the withdrawal process.

Having checked our records, I can see that the withdrawal request you have made on the 22nd December of 2020 was approved and processed by our relevant departament the following day.

After the withdrawal has been processed, the payout process continued through our third party payment provider.

Unfortunately, sometimes the delays in the payout process are possible, however we can sadly not control this part of the transaction process.

You have been requested to provide us with an additional bank statement, clearly showing transactions with the starting day being the day your withdrawal was processed (22nd December) and the ending day being the day the bank statement was requested (28th of December), as this allows us to forward the matter to our relevant departament who can then start a thorough investigation into the situation. In your case this was not necessary.

Here, you can find attached your transaction number that you are able to use to track the transaction, by checking with your bank: IFXT334194P144.
