Delayed cashout, lame excuses

After it took me like 2 weeks to satisfy the needs of the 24bettle account verification team (they requested 3different proofs of adress and a pdf bank statement which I had to pay for cause my bank usually doesn't offer these services for private customers), I could eventually make the cashout that i requested on May21st.
Surprisingly, they told me on May31st that my cashout will be split into mulitple pieces. I know that some casinos do have these terms in their t&c's that they could split customers cashout request, but it's not like I had won a million$, so splitting a cashout of less than 3k indicates that they're either in bad finacnial shape or just try everything to frustrate their winning customers.
Just a short thought experiment: Imagine you would win a huge jackpot, then it would probably take years until you finally have your money on your bank account if 24bettle likes to split the casout into junks of 1.5k€ or so.
They told me that it would take 2-5business days til the money reaches my bank account and i gave them the time they needed- not expecting that they would pay on time as what I have experienced so far with their suppor tand read in the forums about 24bettle.
So today, I contacted the live chat support again and told them my patience is coming to an end and that I have not yet reached my 1st cashout part of 1.5k, and they told me that I should send them proof in form of bank statements.
They aslo claimed that they've already processed my cashout 5days ago or so, but tbh, I don't believe them as I have read some complaints before and also these ridiculous arguments that "cashout bounced back" or so. I have used lots of different online casinos so far but it never happend that cashout were split into multiple pieces or that they delay cashouts and verification processes for so long.
The most ridiculous thing was that 24bettle also used the phrase, "cashout speed is depending on the speed of your bank" when in fact, every international bank transfer in 2019 is done within a few business days and they just wanna get rid of their own responsibility.
I'm a very patient person in genereal and it's the first time within 15years or so that I start a complaint, but this time, I decided that they're going to far,. I will keep you updated and hope the situation will clarify asap, but atm I'm in a mixture of anger and despair.
