I made withdraw on 6 September and now its 19 September, then say it is 5 working days,but i wait now 9-10 working days. I have send in bank statement and all the documents they been asking for. And they say. .....We have passed your document to the financial department for review. As soon as the review of the matter is complete, we will immediately update you by e-mail. But then nothing happens.... please help me

Dear Player,

In 24Bettle the payout requests are being handled after 48 hours of the request as it is explained in our terms. When this is regarding your very first payout only then you may experience some delay. This is due to verification reasons as time is needed to cover all the legal requirements.

Your withdrawal request of 289 euro has been approved on the 9th and wired to you after approval via bank transfer. The estimated time frame for money transfers using this method is from 2 to 5 business days. It solely depends on your bank whether they will process the received money on your name the 2nd or the 5th day. We as a company do not have control over processes of your payment provider. Having checked with our financial department who have looked into your case, we can confirm that the transfer is successful on our end we believe that by now you have already received your winnings. Please, do check your account and confirm.
