Delayed 50 eur payout for 11 days

I have an account in 24betlle since 3/4 month already, short deposit history, and also short withdraw history. I ask 150 EU withdraw one month ago via neteller and everything went ok. Now on august 31 I ask for a 50 Euros withdraw to my bank account in EUROS, and money never arrive.

After 5 workings days I ask to support and they ask me to send them my bank statement to see all my movements until that day, what I think pretty invasive, so I ask them for the statements of that transaction, so I talk to my bank to look up for that money. They don't give that...so I send my bank statement (notice that I have two 50 euros deposit during that week, so I also send them the statements and details of that two deposits).

Well until today no money, support say that financial departments its running an investigation to see where is that money... I ask: "Its not easy to give me the statements and I talk to my bank"...if you paid, why you are running an investigation?.

(Also notice that in they terms and conditions they ask for a bank statement to identity proof, etc, that I already sent several month ago)
