Bad service and delayed payments for months

I won 3006e money from 24bettle casino and made a withdrawal request on July 14, 2025.

I sent all the KYC documents they required for repatriation. They accepted my KYC document. On July 17 at 4:05 p.m, i received an email from them saying that the first part of my withdrawal has been paid and is on its way to my account, and the second part should arrive on July 24.

They said that the sum of one share is always 750€. They did not say when the remaining two would be paid. I have not received any withdrawal money to my bank account.

I've had a conversation with the casino, but they always answer that they're just looking into the matter. The casino responds very poorly to messages.

Now for two days I have sent many messages and they dont answer anymore.

In December 2024, I won €4,646.27 with a Champions League bet. The casino/betting company 24bettle (Condors Ltd.) decided to close my account and invent all kinds of fake excuses to avoid paying out my winnings. They closed my account and refunded my deposit. Afterward, I contacted the MGA and MADRE. After reviewing everything, the MADRE ruled in my favor and ordered them to pay out my winnings. That was on March 26, 2025. After that, the MGA also contacted them, instructing them to pay what they owe me. They still have not paid. The next step is to wait one more month for the MGA; afterward, lawyers will pursue the money. I am also trying to get my money back with your help, AskGamblers.

I made a withdrawal request to 24Bettle casino on 19 July 2024. The withdrawal request was approved on 21 July 2024. However, even on September 2, 2024, the money has not arrived in my bank account. Below is a description of events and email communication with the casino.

After that I waited a few days and when the money didn't start coming I contacted the casino in live chat. From livechat was asked to send proof that the withdrawal has not yet arrived in my account. I sent my bank statement to the requested location.

After this, I was asked to wait until the appropriate department takes the matter into consideration.

On July 29, 2024, I received an e-mail informing me that my case has been accepted for consideration:

Your ticket has been received and has been assigned ticket number [379-2E3A64C6-0028]. Please keep this ticket number for your records and include it in the subject line (including brackets) of all future emails relating to this ticket.

An agent will respond as soon as possible.

05-10-2023 My withdrawal was accepted, after week from that they said money was sent.

Money still did not arrive in my bank account. Today it's 35 days from the approved withdrawal of 550 EUR. If I write to the chat or to support they keep telling me things like "Please be more patient", "it's strange, money should be in your account already", and "Funds should be in your account very soon". Sorry, but I see over 70 complaints on AskGamblers about delaying withdrawal with the same problem so there is probably something wrong with their financial department and it must be resolved.

If they made a transaction it should be on my account in a maximum of 3 days, I have no unusual bank. From my side everything is ok.

So I am asking for help AskGamblers company because it's very frustrating and stressful.

I made a withdrawal of €1550 9 days ago, my withdrawal is still open.

My game account has been verified and all documents have been approved just over a week ago.

I have been in contact with the live chat several times about it and they only promise to speed things up. But 9 days is a really long time to process a withdrawal.

This has not happened at any other casino.

I have passed all verification but was told that I have been excluded from a sister company. As per their terms and condition even if they close your account they will pay you out but all they have been doing is stalling it’s been 2over a month and a half now and they still claim is being looked at by relevant department. Please help me get my payout.

Hey! I made a withdrawal of 350€ from this casino the 27 of May and still hasn't gotten the money, they are not responding to emails anymore and livechat says they can't do anything. It said it will take 1-2 days for withdrawal to come and I understand some delays can happen on every site, but the way they try to solve the issues is very under all critics and they won't answer me even tho several emails. What to do?
