2000e delayed for 6 weeks already

From january 16th, when my total of 3000e withdrawal request was "approved", up to this moment february 24th, I have received one 1000e payment. This 1000e was in my account 25th of january. After that, nothing. They claim to have paid 1000e on 2nd of february and that one mystically has had all kinda issues that no one seems to be able to clarify on behalf of 24bettle. No proof of payment have been provided, nothing more than words on chatroom or few emails. I have it all transcripted. They have asked me to send proof that I havent gotten the money, ive done it every day. Now their chat is closed (3 days now) and answers to emails are just same copy paste "we are looking in to this"
They claim that also 1000e was paid out on 16th of february but I havent got any money anymore. Just fairytales and hand written "updates" on my case which actually says everytime the same thing "we are looking into this"

Nothing happens, I think its a systematic fraud, ive seen a lot of complaints against ovat 24bettle and all of them have the same pattern. After you ask for your money they pay 30% and then the problems begin. Worst cases ive seen they claim that there has been very high costs because of the bank transactions and have charged over 600$ from players winnings, leaving the players with nothing practically. Im frustrated, no transaction takes 3 weeks. 2000e is missing please help me. Ps no bonus money was involved ever, no problem with the KYC process, all cleared. I think its just the fact that they dont want to pay. Its been 6 weeks.

I have received the funds with the help MGA who gave me the contact info of MADRE department of payments who took the case and contacted the licence holder. The funds were credited to my account 2 months after withdrawal and few days after MADRE responded to me and I was given info that they will take over the case. I cant recommend this casino to anyone. Never. Ever.
