Withdrawal delayed

Hello. Last February 25th I did my first withdrawal of USD 1.000... My account is fully verified, but as of today 21Luckybet don't pay me. I contacted their support a lot of times. (I attach the screenshots). This week, told me that my withdrawal was scheduled for Wednesday March 8th (I did not receive the payment). I contacted again and told me that the withdrawal was scheduled for today Thursday March 9th (I did not received the payment). So, I contacted them again and now told me that they can not give me an exact time when my payment will be done.

So, please help me Askgamblers.

Trying to validate my email address since I opened my account

I have been trying to validate my email address since I opened my account. I have tried aprox 10 times via dropdown box on the site. I have tried via live chat on 4 different days and either way the code does not come through to my email address.

I have used this email address for over 20 years and have not had any problems.

Yesterday live chat said clear history on computer then use drop box but there is no longer a drop box for me to use.

I got back to live chat and I was given an email address to contact them about the issue but with no time frame of when I will hear back.

I have waited since the 10th January for my winnings 500.00 to clear from pending to approved by 21Luckybet.com
