I made a withdrawal on 10/10 2017 for 330€. It took a while, But 6 days later they approved My withdrawal.

But still, i havent got My money.

I made another deposit and won 600€, made a withdrawal and it was approved on 20/10. Still they havent paid me!

When i talk to them in chat they keep saying ” we are working on it” ”we Will get back to you”

Now its been 2 weeks since My first withdrawal was approved and i havent even got that money!

930€ is still missing!!

Dear Zvonimi,

I have taken a look at your withdraws and the communication with our support. And I have also spoken with out financial department.

We have to apologize as a miscommunication has been made in regards to your withdraw.

On the 5th of November both the amounts wired to your bank €330 and €600 were bounced back to us. They were then wired again on the 5th of November but to your bank account.

We previously wrongly informed you that the amounts were wired to your Skrill.

Can you please confirm that both amounts have indeed been received on your bank account.
