After finishing my game, I checked my account but found out that the bonus wagering was still active even though my balance was already zero. I reported this to the live chat host and she told me that it would be cleared after 20 minutes of ending play. My question is, why not cleared immediately upon reaching a zero balance, as it always be, right?
