Bloom Affiliates is the official casino affiliate program responsible for marketing LuckyWins Casino and Winmaker Casino. We could not locate any information about the history of this program, but we have included more information regarding payments below.

Commission details

Unfortunately, we do not have the commission structure. Affiliates can discuss this further with an account manager once they have registered an account. There are revenue share options, as well as CPA & Hybrid plans.

The good news is that there is no negative carryover. Any negative earnings will be wiped clean at the start of every month so affiliates can start with a zero balance.

Sub-affiliation

We do not currently have any details regarding a sub-affiliation deal.

Payment details

Commission payments are calculated monthly and usually paid by the 10th of every month for the previous month. Affiliates must select their payment method when they register, which includes Skrill, Neteller, CoinsPaid and Bank Wire Transfer.

There is a 100 EUR minimum monthly payment threshold. Any requests that fall under the threshold will be carried over to the next month. Payments can be made in Euros or Bitcoin, and admin fees will be applied.

Software

Bloom Affiliates utilises the SoftSwiss software. Whilst the site has not stated what benefits will have using this software, we advise affiliates to register an account and check out the personal dashboard for more information.

DISLIKED

Bloom Affiliates with the two casino brands https://www.winmaker.com/ and https://www.luckywins.com/ have an outstanding payment of 53,000 EUR that remains unpaid for PPC traffic we delivered in December 2024 and January 2025.

Despite multiple attempts to communicate, we have yet to receive a response from the team, which is both concerning and unacceptable.

The Bloom Team claim that there is no agreement in place when we ask for payment, which is contradictory, given that:

- They previously paid us for traffic under the same terms.
- They explicitly requested increased traffic from us, which we delivered in good faith.
- All Stats and Data are in their affiliate backend under https://bloomaffiliates.com/ confirming the debt.
- Their manager/owner Mr < full name removed > have offered to pay 16,000 EUR out of the 53,000 EUR owned which also confirms there is a debt.

We have all necessary records, including email exchanges, payment proofs, and traffic reports, clearly confirming everything stated.

We strongly advise affiliates against working with bloomaffiliates based on the facts that they are not paying their bills and unfortunately are one of the toxic operators in this industry that will go down.

We also advise players against playing at their casinos https://www.winmaker.com/ and https://www.luckywins.com/ where they probably will not get paid their winnings and instead frauded.
