Not giving any feedback for months


Hello,

I opened Ybets 1.5 years ago, and made some money there betting.

All was fine, and I reached 2.1k on my account.

I want to withdraw funds, but they do not respond to my emails regarding KYC at all. On live chat, all they say is to contact them by email, which has been unresponsive for months now.

I have to escalate this matter through AskGamblers, as you have helped me several times before.

Pls act as a intermediate as I do not want to lose these funds.

I have sent additional documents to Ybets, waiting for reply now. ID was accepted and now sent several selfies with ID and site picture, should be good enough to fully verifiy account

- the face can be seen fully (not cropped, blurred, darkened)
- all information on the ID is visible (not cropped, readable)
- website is fully visible in the background (can be on any device, legible enough to distinguish that it is a page of our website)
