Not giving any feedback for months
Hello,
I opened Ybets 1.5 years ago, and made some money there betting.
All was fine, and I reached 2.1k on my account.
I want to withdraw funds, but they do not respond to my emails regarding KYC at all. On live chat, all they say is to contact them by email, which has been unresponsive for months now.
I have to escalate this matter through AskGamblers, as you have helped me several times before.
Pls act as a intermediate as I do not want to lose these funds.
