Refusing to withdraw

It's been 3 weeks or more, when all WD request has failed. Live chat CS claims Finance Dep. investigation the issue, but there is no issue. I've provided both IBANs linked to 2 debit cards I've deposited. Failed

They refusing to send me money to Skrill, claiming 'closed loop policy', which is exactly solution when debit card WD failed, then they do wire to bank account, which they keep failing all the time I request.

Sum in the subject is around 200€, but they still trying to avoid at all costs.

Holding my funds
About 3 weeks ago as I went to withdraw my funds ( I’ve withdrawn 100s of times before this) I got a notification saying my account is locked and cannot withdraw.

After looking into this I see that they wanted bank statements from me showing how I fund my account. I then went and uploaded all my savings account and my other accounts on my bank.
They came back and said “ These have now been reviewed and we do have to ask you for further evidence as your savings doesn't substantiate the losses on your account in July 2025. In order to prove the origin of your funds and to ensure that your losses are within your means, we ask you for one of the following evidence.
Your monthly income (salary, government assistance, or any other document showing monthly income).
Your most recent T4/T4A document”
I currently am unemployed and do not receive any benefits from the government. ( if I knew I had to be employed or received benefits to play on here I would’ve never signed up) so I cannot provide those documents.

I then explained that my funds come from a gift from my parents. They then asked for third party pay slips (from my parent) and a letter with there id saying they gave me this gift. I uploaded what they have asked for and they came back with this

Unfortunately given your confirmation that you're not receiving any sort of consistent income via employment/government assistance we won't be able to continue with our source of wealth process. One you are in employment or receiving benefits you can always send these documents forward and we can unblock your account.

Again I would like to reiterate I would’ve NEVER signed up to this if I knew there was some secret rule that you have to receive benefits or be employed by the government. It sounds ridiculous and now I cannot withdraw my money that is inside of my account.

I am at a loss on what to do now and I’m not sure how they are just allowed to take my money. I don’t even care about using there service anymore I just want my money back. That is rightfully mine.
