WelBet Sportsbook - Delayed payment and technical issues

I wanted to withdraw my funds. There were two payment options offered: e-transfer or crypto. I opted for e-transfer.
- After a long wait, I inquired about my payment, sportsbook said the payment method was no longer offered, and that the only method available was crypto gateway (which I find very questionable, but that's another story).
- I made a new withdrawal request a few weeks later, this time sportsbook said they were having issues with "payment provider" and asked me to cancel my request and make a new one.
- Which I did: no news at this point.
- I suspect this sportsbook is not paying anyone at the moment (how would they? if the only payment method they offer is not working!)

Following their instructions I renewed my withdrawal request five days ago, and checked its status via live chat this morning. They claim they are still having the same issues with their payment provider and confirmed they don't have any solutions to offer at the moment. I am not saying this is a scam, just that I have reasons to believe they are not paying anyone these days.

Scammers cancelled my withdrawal for the 8th time without reason

Hello, I wanted to withdraw money from this website on 29.09.2025, and then they required me to do an online verification with my ID, face selfie, etc. I did everything, and it was approved. Then I withdrew my money — €729. Three days later, they sent me an email to **********[email protected] asking for many documents such as my credit card and MiFinity account, etc. I sent all the documents very clearly and exactly as they requested.

One day later, I saw that my withdrawal was canceled — without any explanation or email. I contacted the support team, but the support is horrible; it could give someone a heart attack. They only respond with things like "wait" or "another department," and absolutely nothing else. I spent hours trying to get help, just to know why, but got no useful response — can you imagine?

Then I tried again to withdraw and sent the documents again. The same thing happened. I tried a third time and a fourth time — the same result. The support doesn’t help and doesn’t say anything useful, as if they want to tell me, "Go away, we scammed you."

This betting site has horrible reviews. Please help.
