Vulkan.bet Sportsbook - Additional verification rejected when I requested withdrawal

After depositing in total €298 across 2 Skrill transactions (€250 and 48€) from my Skrill verified account <removed>, I've requested a withdrawal of €449.15 on 27th November, 10 days ago now.

I've submitted requested documents such as a screenshot of my Skrill account, proof of address document, both sides of my ID, and a selfie holding my ID and a piece of paper with the current date.

Then they also requested a screenshot of the Skrill transaction of €250, which I submitted. Will post screenshots of everything.

They reached out to me, saying the Skrill screenshot is not sufficient as it doesn't involve all they need, which are my payment details, the transaction amount, name, and the date and time. I've taken multiple screenshots of all the transaction details I could find on the site and then opened a ticket with Skrill support as suggested, too, where they even sent me a Skrill transaction reference:

TRN ID 6667759868, MERCHANT TRN ID AJ66I1IO, and VULKAN bet are still denying my withdrawal, saying the screenshot is not sufficient. They are asking for something that doesn't exist and have refused my withdrawal for 10 days already.
