Verde closed my account for no reason and refuse to pay my deposit back
I have deposited 300 BGN (153 EURO) at Verde Casino which I managed to turn in 360 BGN (I am not sure the exact amount but close to that number) and I requested a withdrawal. After 2 days I received an email that my withdrawal has been denied. I tried to log into my account but it said Account Locked on the screen, so I contacted Live Chat and they told me that my account has been blocked and I am not allowed to withdraw my deposit. They gave me no explanation or reason. I hope AskGamblers can help me solve this problem.
