Verde closed my account for no reason and refuse to pay my deposit back

I have deposited 300 BGN (153 EURO) at Verde Casino which I managed to turn in 360 BGN (I am not sure the exact amount but close to that number) and I requested a withdrawal. After 2 days I received an email that my withdrawal has been denied. I tried to log into my account but it said Account Locked on the screen, so I contacted Live Chat and they told me that my account has been blocked and I am not allowed to withdraw my deposit. They gave me no explanation or reason. I hope AskGamblers can help me solve this problem.

I should add also that I was again immediately and permanently blocked again after receiving my money. It is completely in their right to do so and at least I got my deposit back. Again, thanks to AskGamblers.

Verde Casino has unlocked my account I have requested a new withdrawal for 338BGN (equal to 172 EURO) to one of my USDT crypto wallets. I hope I can get my money this time, and I also hope I can keep my account and keep betting with them. I don't think I have done anything illegal or against the rules of the casino. I guess we should wait for their representative here to respond.

Withdrawal rejected multiple times at Verde

Every time I submit a withdrawal they say it is with their 3rd party service, and after a day or so it gets declined, then I type to their live chat and they say it is a technical difficulty and to try again. I've tried different withdrawal methods as well, but they just refuse to complete the withdrawal.
