Is delaying payment with KYC
I am submitting this complaint regarding the casino’s handling of my withdrawals and the repeated video verification requests.
The casino requires me to record a video in which I must show my ID, state my casino username and the current date, while holding a piece of paper with the required information.
I fully cooperated with this request. I submitted the first video, but approximately 20 minutes later the casino rejected it, claiming that the video was not clear enough.
Later i recorded and submitted a second video, making sure to improve the clarity and follow their instructions carefully. This video was also rejected for the same reason.
Then recorded and submitted a **third video**, taking extra care to ensure that my ID, username, date and everything else requested were clearly visible and understandable. The video is only around 10 seconds long.
Despite this, the casino has now stated that they are reviewing the third video, and this review has already been ongoing for one week.
What makes the situation even more concerning is that the casino has also **rejected my withdrawals** after raising this verification issue. Therefore, my funds remain unpaid while the casino continues to prolong the verification process.
I completely understand that a casino may have legitimate KYC and security procedures, and I am willing to cooperate with reasonable verification requests. However, I have now provided the requested video **three times**, with the latest submission specifically made as clearly as possible. I do not believe it is reasonable to keep a customer waiting for a week to review a 10-second verification video, especially after rejecting withdrawals during this process.
I am concerned that this is being used to unnecessarily delay the processing of my withdrawal.
I would therefore ask AskGamblers to investigate this matter and ask the casino to:
1. Complete the verification of my latest video without further unnecessary delays.
2. Process my legitimate withdrawal as soon as the verification is completed.
I believe I have done everything reasonably required from my side and would appreciate AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this matter fairly.
