Withholding funds Unibet for over a month

Dear Askgamblers I hope you can help me.

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely slow verification process of my account. It has now been one month since I submitted my documents for verification, yet I have received no explanation as to why it is taking so long.

I have been clear, transparent, and fully compliant with UNIBET rules throughout the process. Despite this, my account is still pending verification. Meanwhile, I know of friends who have had their accounts verified within just a few hours.

During this waiting period, I have won over €4,000, but due to the excessive delay, I am unable to access my funds. This feels highly unfair and unprofessional. To be frank, I feel scammed by Unibet, a company that I expected to act with far more professionalism.

I have attached screenshots from the support chat as well as evidence showing how long my documents have been pending. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately, hopefully.
