Offered me bonuses when I tried to close my account

I requested account closure in October 2025. The operator failed to properly process the request and has failed to provide the transcript of that request despite repeated demands. Had the closure been implemented correctly, I would not have been able to deposit and lose more than 400,000 NOK thereafter.
I would ask you as regulator to ask Trivelabet to provide the following:
All chat logs.
All internal notes on your account.
All closure/self-exclusion requests.
All marketing communications sent after the first closure request.
Since they ignored my several requests.
