Account closed with balance without specific reason

I am submitting this complaint regarding my account with TikTakBet. My account was closed/suspended, and a balance of approximately €1,700 has been withheld without any transparent explanation.

In May, I attempted to resolve a payout/account issue with customer support. I received an email from their support team (Valeria) stating that the decision to close my account was made by their payments department based on their Terms and Conditions, and that this decision is "final."

However, TikTakBet has completely failed to specify:

1. Which exact clause or rule of the Terms and Conditions was allegedly violated.

2. Any proof or clear explanation of what triggered this action.

I have submitted all required verification documents, acted in full compliance with all rules, and played in good faith. Pauschal pointing to "Terms and Conditions" without providing evidence or naming the precise violation to justify retaining €1,700 of my funds is unacceptable.

I request TikTakBet to:

1. Provide the exact clause and evidence supporting the closure of my account.

2. Release and pay out my remaining balance of €1,700 (or refund my initial deposits at a minimum, if they refuse to pay out winnings).

I am fully prepared to provide AskGamblers with all correspondence and screenshots upon request.
