Account closed with balance without specific reason

I am submitting this complaint regarding my account with TikTakBet. My account was closed/suspended, and a balance of approximately €1,700 has been withheld without any transparent explanation.

In May, I attempted to resolve a payout/account issue with customer support. I received an email from their support team (Valeria) stating that the decision to close my account was made by their payments department based on their Terms and Conditions, and that this decision is "final."

However, TikTakBet has completely failed to specify:

1. Which exact clause or rule of the Terms and Conditions was allegedly violated.

2. Any proof or clear explanation of what triggered this action.

I have submitted all required verification documents, acted in full compliance with all rules, and played in good faith. Pauschal pointing to "Terms and Conditions" without providing evidence or naming the precise violation to justify retaining €1,700 of my funds is unacceptable.

I request TikTakBet to:

1. Provide the exact clause and evidence supporting the closure of my account.

2. Release and pay out my remaining balance of €1,700 (or refund my initial deposits at a minimum, if they refuse to pay out winnings).

I am fully prepared to provide AskGamblers with all correspondence and screenshots upon request.

Thank you AskGamblers team for pushing for clarity.

As clearly visible, TikTakBet has simply copy-pasted their entire general Terms and Conditions (Section 11 & 12) containing every possible violation imaginable (VPN, bots, bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, forged documents, etc.) without identifying a single specific allegation or providing any evidence.
Copy-pasting an entire rulebook is not an explanation—it is a clear attempt to dodge accountability and justify keeping €1,700 of my legitimate funds.

I state under full transparency:
1. I have not used a VPN, bots, or third-party software.
2. I have not created duplicate accounts or engaged in bonus abuse.
3. All submitted documents are 100% genuine and verified.

I request TikTakBet to state clearly and specifically:
Exactly which sub-clause of Section 11 or 12 am I accused of breaching?
What concrete evidence or system log do they have to support this claim?

If TikTakBet cannot provide proof of a specific violation to AskGamblers, my account must be unblocked and my €1,700 balance paid out immediately.
