Sportsbet io Sportsbook - Withholding 2084 USDT

The website sportsbet.io is withholding $2084, which I won as part of a promotion.

Basically, I took part in their Champions/Europa league promo (https­://­spo­rts­bet.io­/pr­omo­tio­ns/­202­5-0­2-5­0k-­kno­cko­ut-­cha­llenge) to win one 3.0+ odds every week since February and placed multiple bets, made it to the finals, got the bonus in my account credited and after a few hour,s they just removed it.

Support hasn’t been very useful. I didn’t use any VPN or any such thing. Have been playing since 2020. I do not use any shared computer and live alone, so their point 8.4 & 8.6 seems absurd to me. I think there is some misunderstanding and I would like to fully co-operate with the investigation and can undergo any verification they deem necessary.

I am attaching the screenshots of my email conversation with them and also that they had credited and taken away the $2084. I didn't violate any rules.

They wouldn't even mention what did I do wrong, this warrants for a deep investigation. Can you please help? Thanks
