Unfair freeze

They unfairly confiscated my money, I didn’t violate any rules, it’s just their word, I think it’s unfair, I hope to get my $855 back.It has been half a year, and now the balance in my account has been confiscated without any explanation. I hope to get a fair way to deal with it and get my money back.
