Following a thorough review by our relevant team, we can confirm that the account linked to the email id <re­mov­ed>­  has been permanently blocked due to activity identified as arbitrage and betting exploitation, which is in breach of our Terms & Conditions.

As the player’s balance could not be withheld under the applicable process, the winnings were paid out in full prior to the account closure. The account was subsequently restricted to prevent any further abusive activity and to maintain the integrity of our platform.
