Confiscation of funds

I have an account with SpinPlatinum. Recently, after several deposits, I requested a withdrawal for the first time. A problem immediately arose and they asked for verification documents. I met the requirements and submitted all documents. Afterward, I received a message that my withdrawal had been canceled and the funds were confiscated. They accused me of bonus abuse, even though I only played regular bets on popular markets, with small stakes. I contacted them about this and demanded a refund of the money they took from me. My play was fair, in accordance with their services and terms and conditions. I have nothing to complain about. There are no details or specific reasons, only a provision in the terms and conditions stating that they can take money because they like. The abuse here is on their part. Everything was fine when I lost funds and made new deposits. With the first withdrawal, they found a reason to steal it. I'm attaching the correspondence.
