Delayed withdrawal on Spinmama Sportsbook

I am waiting for withdrawals of total 22008.60 PLN from Spinmama Sportsbook for a month now. Since 21.06.2025 they keep asking me for the same documents to verification. I already uploaded all possible documents like my Skrill account screenshots, statements and also all of my bank accounts statements. My account is verified - I received some withdrawals in past, but now they are still playing some game with me. Every day I ask on chat about my withdrawals and they always have same answers - asking for another document to be uploaded or saying that relevant team still works on my account.

I received all withdrawals! Another complaint resolved thanks to Askgamblers. After a month of writing with Spinmama support and sending the same documents finally this case is over.

Today chat operator told me that I uploaded all needed documents and my withdrawals are in a queue to be confirmed. We will see what happens next.

I have problem with this book. I want verify account. Every day I sent documents. They keep rejecting my deposit confirmation documents. I'm attaching photos from the crypto app. I used the TRUST WALLET app. This is an anonymous wallet. It doesn't have a name or surname. The casino keeps asking for confirmation of my name and IBAN for the transaction. I'm telling them I'm using crypto for deposits. Yesterday, July 18, 2025, they closed my account. The explanation: It's an administrator's decision. I don't have any more information. Please help me mediate with the casino. I haven't done anything wrong. This is my first account with this bookmaker. I haven't used the bonus. Please help.
