Missing withdrawal

Hey i am missing my withdrawl of 2000 dk and 5000 . It has been pending since the 17-01-2026 and 22-01-2026. Everything on my account is verified, and i have talked with support more than 10 times, but the withdrawl team never gets back to me. The 5 days that it normally takes has passed. I am not sure what more i can do. plese help me.
