Deposit of 9000 INR not credited yet after 4 days
I made a deposit of ₹9000 four days ago, but it has still not been credited to my account.
The payment was successful from my bank, and I have the UTR number and payment screenshot as proof.
I have already contacted live chat multiple times and also sent emails, but there is still no proper update or resolution.
I was advised to contact live chat again, but I have already done that many times, and the issue is still pending.
Please do not redirect me again. Kindly escalate this issue to the payment team or a higher authority.
This delay is unacceptable, and I need a clear update and resolution urgently.
If the amount has not been credited, please either credit it immediately or initiate a refund.
