Unjustified withdrawal cancellation and partial balance confiscation on Roibets

I would like to report a serious issue with the sports betting site Roibets, involving the cancellation of a withdrawal and the removal of part of my balance.

A few days ago, I requested a withdrawal of €178 after my account had been verified and approved through their KYC process. The withdrawal was accepted and marked as “in progress.”

However, I then received an email stating that:
• the withdrawal was cancelled,
• an amount of €126.84 was deducted from my balance,
• Article 5.9.5 of their Terms and Conditions was invoked, referring to the use of VPNs, falsified documents, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity.

I want to clarify that:
• I have never used a VPN,
• I have never provided falsified documents,
• I have never used bonuses,
• my winnings come solely from standard sports betting,
• since my KYC was approved, my documents were clearly accepted as valid.

Following their action, they removed my winnings and left only my initial €100 deposit, which makes no sense given that the withdrawal had already been approved before being cancelled.

I am requesting the return of the €126.84 that was confiscated, as well as the processing of the €178 withdrawal as originally approved.

Roibets confiscated €126 from my account, claiming I had violated their terms and conditions. However, they left my €100 deposit balance untouched, which I was able to successfully withdraw on October 20 and received on October 24.

If I had truly violated their rules as they claim, they would logically have confiscated my entire balance — including my deposit — rather than allowing me to withdraw it. This inconsistency clearly shows that their decision to seize my winnings is unjustified and contradictory.

I therefore ask for a re-examination of this situation and a clarification as to why part of my balance was confiscated while the rest was approved for withdrawal under the same account and verification status.
