Delayed withdrawal and violation of terms

I would like to file a complaint against Pledoo Casino regarding my withdrawal, which has still not been processed.
At first, the casino claimed that my deposit had to be wagered three times before I could withdraw. However, according to their own terms and conditions, the wagering requirement for deposits is only x1. Their support staff clearly does not know their own rules, which is unacceptable and frankly embarrassing for a licensed casino.
After that, my withdrawal request was twice cancelled due to so-called “technical issues.” Now, it has been over 48 hours, and I still have not received my funds, even though Pledoo states that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. This clearly isn’t true.
I am requesting assistance from AskGamblers, as the casino is not following its own terms and conditions, repeatedly cancelling my withdrawals, and failing to process my payout within the advertised timeframe. I simply want to receive the money that rightfully belongs to me.
