Will not return funds to balance
I submitted 2 withdrawals on the dates of 21.01.2026 and 22.01.2026 via MuchBetter.
The gaming company said that the wallet id was incorrect when they sent the funds, thus me not receive the funds.
I emailed day after day for them to return my money to my balance with no success.
They reply to emails with the same circle talk, saying it with the relevant department, and will not simply return the funds to my balance so I can withdraw via e-transfer. They go days without a response and then simply reply back, we are looking into it after they already sent confirmation that the transactions were incomplete.
They are quite simply playing games at this point, and I need my 1500.
I’m a mother of 3 and can’t afford for these guys to drag out this cause because they find it amusing. I have over 20 emails I can forward to you at your request to help with whatever you may need.
It’s been almost a month, and they will not simply return the funds to my balance. Even muchbetter tried to help with no success.
