Withdrawal delayed for several days despite full verification

Dear AskGamblers,

I am fully verified at NeedForSlots Casino, but I have been waiting for my withdrawal for almost 85 hours now. According to the casino’s own terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 24 hours, which clearly hasn’t been respected in my case.

The live chat support has been completely unhelpful — they keep repeating the same generic responses, telling me to “please wait,” without providing any real update or explanation.

I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter. The pending withdrawal amount is €325, as shown in the attached screenshot, where you can also see the date and time of my withdrawal request.
