Monster Sportsbok - Monstercasino wont withdraw

Submitted a withdrawal of £200 on 23/06/25

It has been pending ever since. Live chat say exactly the same thing everytime that it is under review. And that they cant interfere with the process. I have sent all documents asked of me to verify my account.

No contact number, no response from email service. Not sure what else to do now!

I have been told that I breached terms and conditions when using free bets.

I was watching golf, and decided to use them inplay to pick the winner.

I then had to bet my winnings again on order to be able to withdraw. I feel hard done by to be honest.
