Accepts withdrawal but declines it

Hello.

I'm having issues with Monroc­asi­no/­spo­rts­book.

They accept but decline every payout. As you can see from the chat log, the manager initially says the withdrawal is accepted and ready to go. I hit withdrawal, but 1 min later, he stopped the transaction. He will once more tell me everything is fine but then do the same again.

This happened 3-4 times yesterday, and it continued today.

Today they asked for documents, videos, crypto addresses, wallets etc etc. Every time I hand in what they ask, they make up a new trick as we go. So I have given up. It's not possible to come to terms with Monrocasino.

According to finance team documents has been accepted. Withdrawal has been requested on my end,

but i have not seen any confirmation, emails etc. Funds are not returned, as of yet. Funds are still at monrocasinos disposal.
