delayed payment 7000 EUR

I deposited a total of €6,000 on Lv bet on 27.11 and 27.12.2025 and started sports betting. I managed to win approximately €14,000, and my account balance reached €20,000.
On 1.12.2025 I started requesting withdrawals. After that, the casino requested extensive verification documents. I provided all required documents, and my account was fully verified.
After verification, the casino began approving withdrawals, but extremely slowly. Most of my withdrawal requests have been rejected repeatedly. The reasons given were “technical issues” or instructions to try different withdrawal methods and smaller amounts.
I have now been trying to withdraw my own funds for 1.5 months. Despite being fully verified, the casino continues rejecting withdrawal requests, and I still have €7,000 remaining in my account that I am unable to withdraw.
I believe this treatment is unreasonable and unfair. I request AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that the casino processes my remaining withdrawals without further unjustified delays.
