Account locked
Hello,
My account has been blocked by Leovegas for two weeks or more. They asked me to provide proof of recent deposits, which I did, but I haven't heard anything since. Despite multiple emails or chats sent to the support team, they say they are still verifying.
Just to clarify, I've already won several times and made a few withdrawals without any problems, because my account had already been verified previously. However, during my biggest win, my account was locked for security reasons.
The problem is that they don't give the exact reason, because how can I understand that I made a few deposits and a few withdrawals, and during my biggest win, my account is locked.
Please help me.
