Account blocked and withdrawal not processed

Hello,

On October 22, I requested a withdrawal of €370. The withdrawal was not processed. Instead, I was asked to complete account verification, which I did by submitting all requested documents correctly.

After sending the documents, my account was suddenly blocked, with no explanation. At the moment of the block, my account balance was €1,520, which is now inaccessible.

I have tried to resolve this directly with Larabet:I contacted support multiple times via email and live chat.

I received generic replies that did not address the issue.

It appears that I am being deliberately delayed without any real assistance.

I am requesting:

Reactivation of my account, or

Immediate processing of the remaining real-money balance (€1,520) to the previously used withdrawal method.

I am ready to provide:

Proof of verification documents submitted

Email/chat correspondence attempts

Any further information needed

I kindly request AskGamblers' assistance, as my funds are currently being withheld without a valid justification.
