Account closed and winnings confiscated without justification
Hello AskGamblers team, I would like to file a formal complaint against JVSpin (operated by Orakum N.V.). My account was closed without a valid reason, and all my winnings were confiscated. The only explanation given was that I allegedly had a duplicate account, which I strongly deny. I had completed KYC verification successfully. My bets and winnings were obtained fairly and in accordance with the platform's rules. Despite this, JVSpin refused to provide any solid evidence or re-evaluate their decision. They stated that only my initial deposit could be returned and all winnings are void. This feels like an unjustified confiscation of funds. I have attached: - Screenshots of their emails - My account details and license verification - A copy of the license certificate from the Curaçao Gaming Authority I already attempted to escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, but they informed me that they do not handle individual disputes. Therefore, I kindly ask the AskGamblers Complaints Team to assist me in resolving this issue or to at least obtain an official response from JVSpin regarding the exact reason and evidence for closing my account.
