Highbet does not pay my 4000e

I played shortly at Highbet in November. Then I had some issues with my account and had to send documents and information about myself regarding that issue. After that I received and email at 4th of December telling me my account was fully verified and I could continue using it.

At 27th of December I deposited 4000 euros to my account. After I had deposited the money I noticed I was not able to play nor withdraw my money. I contacted the support that day and several times after that in the following days. They have not been able to do anything to help me. They just keep telling me that they will contact me when there is an update but that never happens.
