Keep rejecting my withdrawals without explanation

I have had several withdrawals rejected by Casinomega recently.

I was successfully verified the first time in January 2024 (providing ID, utility bill and selfie), making successful withdrawals. I was inactive for a longer period, before I started playing here again in May 2025. I went through a new verification in May (via subsum: I believe it was ID, utility bill and live selfie), and got a few withdrawals approved after that. Then suddenly I had to go through another round of verification in the beginning of June 2025 (MiFinity ownership, another selfie with personal written note), which was successful. When I requested a new withdrawal, yet again I had to provide even more documents (multiple pay slips and bank statements). That was 6 days ago, and I guess they are satisfied as I have not received any additional requests (they normally request this quite fast).

A few days ago I started requesting withdrawals again. They keep getting rejected, but not followed by any email of explanation or anything else.

I did not play with bonuses during my recent spell (May 2025).

My balance is €5.410,93.
