They stole most of my funds with no reason

I would like to report a serious issue regarding my experience with the betting company Casinok.

After completing an extremely demanding verification process — including recording a video selfie while reading several pieces of information they provided, as well as showing a handwritten note with those details next to my ID — I was informed that my verification was perfectly approved and that I could withdraw my funds without any problem.

At the moment of withdrawal, however, my account was suddenly restricted. My total balance was 1,355 USDT, yet I was only allowed to withdraw 620 USDT. This amount is not only far below my actual balance, but even lower than my initial deposit of 776 USDT. Shortly after attempting to withdraw, I received an email stating that I had “violated their terms,” but once again, no specific term or rule was identified.

I have not engaged in any prohibited or suspicious activity. I simply registered, placed my bets, and when limitations were applied to my account, I attempted to withdraw my legitimate funds. Since then, Casinok has provided no explanation whatsoever and has ignored every request for clarification.

This situation is completely unacceptable. The company has withheld the majority of my funds without any justification, despite having confirmed that my verification was fully compliant. I am requesting the assistance of this mediation platform to help resolve this issue and ensure that my remaining funds are returned. No customer should be treated in such an opaque and disrespectful manner.

Please be advised that by registering an account on our website, you confirm your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, as outlined in Article 1 of the T&Cs.
According to the “Anti-Fraud Policy” section of the Terms & Conditions, the Company maintains a strict anti-fraud framework and employs various tools and procedures to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. If a Player is suspected of engaging in any of the following actions, including but not limited to:
• Using stolen funds or wallets
• Initiating chargebacks or transaction reversals

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Player’s account and suspend all payouts. In such cases, the Company may also cancel bonuses and winnings and return only the remaining deposit. Please note that we further reserve the right to deduct any transaction processing fees associated with deposits and withdrawals.
Additionally, the Company may request identity verification at any time, and you are required to provide any requested documentation. The decision regarding when such verification is needed lies solely with the Company.
Furthermore, as stated in Article 7.5 “Withdrawal and Refund Policy” of the Terms & Conditions:
• If an account is terminated and deposits are returned to the Player, the Company may apply an administrative fee of 20% on the refunded amount.
• Players must not allow any third party to use their account to conduct deposits or withdrawals. If the Company detects that a personal account—such as a crypto wallet or wallet address—is shared among multiple players, it reserves the right to close all related accounts, revoke any winnings and bonuses, and apply a 20% administrative fee to the player’s most recent deposit.

Based on the above-mentioned information, we must inform you that your request for a refund has been reviewed and deemed unfounded; therefore, it cannot be approved.
That being said, we have authorized the withdrawal of your most recent deposit minus the applicable 20% administrative fee.

Following our review, we can confirm that this transaction has been successfully processed on our end, and your account has therefore been permanently closed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
