Delayed withdrawal for a month now

Hello, I've had my withdrawals cancelled and delayed since April 14th, my last attempt was last week and it has still not been processed, I spoke with support who tell me its delayed for another 1.5 weeks with no end in sight, I would like my withdraws process promptly. I've been fully verified and keep getting told it will take 48 hours and still not received a single withdraw

My total balance is $13,953.52

my pending withdrawl amount is $5,600

Ive attached screenshots of my balance and pending withdrawls which show how long my withdrawls have been pending as well as the constant rejected withdrawls.
