Waiting for my withdrawal from months ago

I have had my account with BillyBets for years, and 3/4 months ago, I won a substantial amount, totaling €4300, mainly on football bets.

I withdrew this and asked for my account to be closed. I received an email stating my account had been closed 4 weeks later, but my winnings was not sent to me. As I can not access my account, I have had several emails back and forth with the complaints department! They assured me it’s ongoing!

Asked for my verification again, and my bank details again! And still nothing .. I did not use a bonus, and I did not partake in anything illegal or breach any terms or conditions, but I am getting absolutely nowhere. I think 3/4 months is a long enough time for my winnings to be sent to me. I did keep all correspondence from them, but as I can not access my account, I can not show you my withdrawal. Also, I received emails this morning stating my withdrawal was cancelled.

Can you please help me with this issue, as I have been given no reason as to why my winnings have not been sent to me, or any reason as to why they will not be?
