Stole my deposit without even playing

What an embarrasing reply. Let us track the history here:

I deposited, with a bonus I didn't want. You strangely didn't have any option to forfeit the bonus, so I have to contact support to remove it.

Without having placed a bet or spinned a slot, I then have to wait two weeks. I hear no updates. I have to ask whats happening, and YOU STILL ASK FOR MORE TIME to remove a bouns, a easy, simple task.

Then, without notifying me, I discover that you have closed my account and now you say you placed me under review.

Under review? Still, I havent placed any bets or spinned any wheels.

But you dont tell me anything. No details. Nothing concrete. You just delay and ask for patience, even for these insane actions that violates every standard of customers support with an incredible amount of disrespect.

I dont even know what to have patience for at this point.

This is just deeply unprofessional.
