Betospin are trying to scam me leaving me with a sad experience.

I submitted my first withdrawal request instead it got cancelled, after all documents requested were forwarded, on the 24th I placed another withdrawal of 93 USD but the excessive delays kept me worrying, because from my research a lot of users have their accounts closed with funds when trying to make a withdrawal, I am afraid I might face same if I fail to make this compliant.
