Closes my account with more than 3000euros inside

Hello everyone , i was using my Betify account and all was fine i deposited, play and withdraw correctly, on day 3 of August i receive one mail that i need to reverify my account(complete KYC again)

I did it and apparently all was correct, i got the message "you got verified"

After, i asked my withdraw and today i got the next message :


" We are contacting you regarding your account verification.

Please note that, despite our previous warning, we have detected other forged documents uploaded to your account.

As section 14.8 of our Terms and Conditions states:

“14.8. Betify reserves the right, at its own discretion, to void any winnings, to forfeit any balance (winnings and deposits) in your Betify account, to cancel any bet, to terminate the Agreement and to suspend for Account Holder the usage of Services or deactivate his/her account if:

|..]

- we have a reasonable ground to suspect that the Account Holder used forged documents (photos, scanned documents, screenshots etc.) during the verification process or in any another moment the Agreement is active;”

Consequently, your account has been permanently closed, and any remaining funds have been confiscated.

I dont understand it at all, i did everything "correctly" i asked on chat an explanation and just got the same copy paste message

I need help of askgamblers because for me those funds are a lot of money and im desperate.

Sorry but this is crazy, first of all i dont remember obviously what i recorded first and second time because first verification was more than 1 month i guess but... "same lighting" yes? and what? im usually free around the same hours everyday, "same background" yes? you want me to go to another home to do the verification? "same movement" well the verification asks me to do the same movement?

While we hear your concerns, the explanation about camera presets unfortunately doesn't account for the exact same video being submitted twice, same lighting, movement, and background, down to the second.

Such identical footage can’t result from coincidence or software freezing. After manual and system review, this was confirmed as a non-genuine submission, which directly violates our Terms (section 14.8).

That said, our Fraud team has contacted you and remains open to further explanation. If you believe there’s relevant context or proof that we should reconsider, please respond via the email thread and we’ll review accordingly.

Hello. First of all i completely disagree with this. I have some tools in my camera that automatically are preset when i enable a videocall that i use sometimes to freezing my camera during work meetings(please dont judge me) but i hardly doubt they were enabled during my verification process, and even if they were i hardly doubt they affected the verification to the point to say its prerecorded video and to consider a prerecorded video a "forged" document just to confiscate my winning and close my account. I said you many times that im willing to do any KYC and i already did it , 2 times.
