Hello, it's been eight days since I sent all the necessary documents to verify my account, and I still haven't received a response. I sent my ID card, a selfie with my ID card and proof of email correspondence with them, proof of my address, and three documents from government institutions, and I still haven't received a reply. Nothing for three days now. This isn't normal for a simple withdrawal of 800 euros.
