I have sent two requests for withdrawal of rupees 1 lakh on 14 oct 25
After some times it has shown that it has been processed and completed.when I checked my bank account money not received.
I have complaint about that they said we will check it but 10 days passed they haven't send money in stead of that they are saying money have been transferred by operator. I also contact my bank but they refusing that such payment came on that day.
I told operator to send me screenshot of the payment but they are not providing.
Please help to get my money back.

In case of the payment was not found, please provide us with an official answer from the bank in request 19257636, where would be stated that payment with a provided UTR number was not found on bank's side. We will forward it to the provider for a double-check.
