And I was not able to deposit withdraw and play games.
They asked me for verification.
I submitted all documents.
Each and every document.
But now they are not responding to me.
I have a 30 k balance.

We're still waiting for the requested documents from the player since 14.05.2025. Without them, the verification procedure cannot proceed, unfortunately.
